We believe
that God created the world and loves all of His creation.
We recognize Him as the Father of all mankind and THE
ultimate authority. (Genesis 1:1, John 3:16).
We believe the Bible is the
inspired word of God. It is a book like no other in that it reveals
to us that our salvation is a precious gift of grace through the sacrifice
of Christ Jesus (John 1:1-2, Timothy
3:16, Romans 3:21-26). We hold no other creed or authority. We
believe that Christ Jesus is the only hope of salvation. He
has all authority and deserves our recognition as Lord and Savior.
(John 14:6, Matthew 28:18-20). We
believe the Church is the body of Christ Jesus. It is made
up of those who believe, love, and obey Christ Jesus and are thus
blessed with the the gift of The Holy Spirit. Forgiveness from
sins is found in Christ Jesus through faith which brings repentance,
confession and baptism. Our church
is led by Elders, served by Deacons and emphasizes the ministry
and involvement of All believers.
(Colossians 1:18, Acts 2:38).

When
we worship we seek to carefully imitate the examples in the New Testament
by singing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs; making music in our hearts
to the Lord (Ephesians 5:19).
We pray giving thanks for our blessings and taking our petitions
to God (Philippians 4:6, Ephesians 6:18).
We observe the Lords Supper on the first day of
the week partaking in a manner specified by the Apostle Paul (Acts
20:7, 1 Corinthians 10:16 & 11:24-25).
We give money towards the works of the Church with a
cheerful spirit and according to our means (2 Corinthians
9:7, 1 Corinthians 6:18).
We hear and study the words
of God that we might please Him
(Romans 10:17, Acts 17:11).
We
fellowship with our Savior and with one another to encourage good
deeds (1 John 1:17.
We
invite you to join us in worship, fellowship, singing, learning and all
activities of the Church specified in God's Divine Word.
